1. Services

The Decor Factory provides event decoration services including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and private celebrations. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
  • Event dates are blocked once payment is received.
  • Any changes in event details must be communicated in advance.

3. Payments

  • Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
  • Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date.
  • All payments are non-transferable.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the event type and timeline:

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for any refund.
  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable.

5. Event Changes

Any changes in venue, date, or decoration requirements must be informed at least 48 hours prior to the event. Additional charges may apply.

6. Damage & Responsibility

The Decor Factory is not responsible for damages caused due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Venue restrictions
  • Third-party vendors or guests

Any damage to decor items caused by clients or guests may be chargeable.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content used on this website belong to The Decor Factory and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Decor Factory shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
